Week 3 Homework

Hi Everybody,

I hope that you enjoyed your Sunday!

Our homework this week is to make and post five "street" photographs using the five techniques that we discussed in class:

1. The Decisive Moment

2. Juxtaposition

3. Surrealism

4. Image Interaction

5. Symbols

Make these photographs using either Full Manual (M on your camera's dial) or the Semi Manual (Aperture Priority- A or Av on the dial, or Shutter priority- S or Tv on the dial) settings on your camera. Do not use any of the automatic settings and be sure to pay close attention to your light meter.

Make a note of any problems that you run into or questions that come up and post them to the blog or email me directly.

The final images must be posted to the blog before our next class, 10/18.

Also, don't forget that we will be taking a shooting field trip next week, so pack for the weather and don't be late!
