Eid Mubarak

Invisible

My name is Yasmeen Dimachkie, I am Lebanese/Palestinian by blood but was raised in Kuwait in my formative years. A carrier of an American passport, my life has been afforded luxuries that are not readily available to my Arab counterparts. Being a third culture kid I sometimes refer to myself as a cocktail, as the many cultures I was raised with have allowed me to gain knowledge and understanding to sensitive subjects.
My interests include post-colonial structures in the middle east, history, culture, art, and fashion.
