Week 4 Wrap-Up

Hi Everybody!

I hope you had a great weekend! It was cold, but the rest of this week is supposed to be really nice.

I'm posting a quick start guide for Photoshop to the class Dropbox if you'd like to download it. It's a helpful reference to keep in hand. I will also post a guide to Photoshop alternatives to the class blog so you can see if there is something that works for you if you want to be able to edit and manipulate your images but don't want to buy Photoshop just yet.

Now on to this week's homework:

-Please complete and post last week's homework. Most of you have done this already, but for the rest of you...get it on the blog!

-Next week is our first crit. I met with most of you to discuss your projects, so you should have a pretty good idea what to work on this week. For next class, bring 10 images from your series. Before class, separate the ten images into a folder with your name. Please use jpg or tifs, not the raw files (they take a long time to open).

-By WEDNESDAY of this week, post ONE image from your series with a brief (one sentence or so) description of what your project is about.

_If you won't be in class next week, post you ten images to the class blog by FRIDAY night at the latest.
