On the last picture I love how he is so focused on his little note book and has crazy looking hair. It looks like he is trying to invent something for the future.
All of your photos are amazing. I love the first one with the squirrel I really enjoyed that use of shallow depth of field and fast shutter speed. I also really liked your second one you did a good job showing deep depth of field but also did a really good job showing an interesting angle of the fence.
I really enjoyed the emotion depicted in the last paragraph, not only does his appearance, specifically the hair and tiny notebook, contribute to the emotion but also his hunched over posture- it denotes concentration. The fact that he is sitting alone also contributes to this.
