Henri Cartier-Bresson, Games in a Refugee Camp at Kurukshetra, Punjab, India,1947

Hi Everyone,

Today we visited the Rubin Museum and saw the exhibition Henri Cartier-Bresson: India in Full Frame.
Afterwards, we explored narrative and constructed photography and experimented with collaborating in small group projects.

For tonight, there is no homework that needs to be posted. Keep shoting for your photo series and your video.

Tomorrow, we are taking an all-day shooting trip to Coney Island.
Please pack light and be sure to bring the following:

  • 2x MeroCard Fare
  • Sunscreen/Hat/Sunglasses
  • Water
  • Camera
  • Fully charged camera batteries
  • Empty Memory Cards
  • Packed lunch and/or lunch money
  • $5+ for the Wonder Wheel
Since it's a long trip, we will be leaving the classroom right away. Please don't be late as we will be unable to wait for you.

That's all for today. Please let me know if you have any questions!
