Week 3 Day 3 Wrap-Up

Hi Everybody.

Today we spent the day printing for our final exhibition. Everything is coming together nicely and I'm really looking forward to Open Studios.

Today was our last opportunity to make prints during class time. Any extra printing that you may need to do will need to happen on your own time outside of class. Keep in mind building and lab hours and don't forget that all prints will need to be finished before Friday. We won't have any time for last-minute prints on Friday.

Tonight, please get any last minute video clips that you may need to wrap up your projects. You may need to do some video editing tonight to ensure you have enough time tomorrow.

Before the end of the evening, email me the second draft of your artist statement (~1 paragraph about your photo series and 1 paragraph about your video). I've posted additional resources on the blog if you need some help.

We will be using the AM session tomorrow to complete editing our videos. Make sure that you leave enough time to export your videos for the afternoon session.

Tomorrow afternoon will be our final critique (critiquing your full series and your completed video project). We will need the entire afternoon for the critique, so everything MUST be completed by lunchtime, no exceptions.

For tomorrow's critique, you will need the following:

• Full series (20+ images), separated into a folder
• Exported video project
